In a moment of transition and crisis when the socioeconomic, political, legal foundations built by our founding fathers are undermined by growing instability a crisis hit the legal scholarship too. It is a crisis of sources of law, the starring source of modernity, which is undergoing a progressive decline in the post-modern era. Constitutional lawfulness appears instead to run uninterrupted between modern and post-modern.
